Who we are and what this covers

Revnock Digital LLC operates RevNock, a human-led website, marketing and software membership. This notice covers revnock.com, our public demo, membership inquiries and information we handle for our own business purposes. It applies to visitors across the United States.

When a business customer uses our services to handle its clients’ information, that business generally decides why it is collected and how it is used. We handle that information under the applicable service agreement and written instructions. The business’s own privacy notice also applies. We will help direct requests to the appropriate business where necessary.

Information we collect and why

Our website and current demo
InformationPurpose and source
Name, work email, business, industry and project briefYou provide these when requesting a membership plan. We use them to respond, scope services and maintain our business relationship.
Email address or phone number, optional sample first name, generic appointment date/time, sample choice and consentYou provide these only when separately requesting a real sample. We use them to deliver that sample, prevent abuse and honor your choices. Requesting a sample does not subscribe you to future campaigns.
Privacy request contact, request details and handling recordsYou provide these to exercise rights or get privacy help. We use them to review, verify where needed, respond and document our handling.
Device, browser, IP address, request timing and security logsOur infrastructure receives technical information when you connect. We use it to operate the site, authenticate access, rate limit requests and detect fraud or faults. Our application stores keyed, non-reversible identifiers for sample limits and opt-outs; infrastructure and delivery providers may keep their own logs.
Public-page visits, referrals, browser/device information and analytics cookie identifiersGoogle Analytics helps us understand which public marketing pages visitors use and how our website performs. Analytics cookies can recognize browser visits. We disable our analytics integration when your browser reports Global Privacy Control.
Account and service recordsAuthorized staff and customers may provide account details, instructions and approved project materials under their agreement. We use them to deliver, support and secure the service.
Public business listings, website and business social content, professional ownership roles and affiliations, source dates and research notesOur private research workspace uses public sources to understand markets, competitors and prospective business customers. Ownership is verified against official business or regulatory pages when available; unknown details remain unverified. Service-fit scores prioritize business research and do not estimate a person’s sensitive traits, creditworthiness or purchasing intent. This workspace does not send automatic prospect outreach.

We collect information directly from you, your authorized business or representatives, public business sources, and the infrastructure and service providers needed to operate our services. We do not need a diagnosis, treatment history, payment card number, government ID or other sensitive personal information to use this demo. Please do not enter those details in free-text fields.

Demo data, cookies and your camera

Campaign results, audiences, appointments, checkout payments, social activity and reporting shown in the demo are fictional. Editing a staged record does not send a message or reserve a real appointment. Real email and phone samples have separate, unchecked consent controls.

Necessary cookies maintain private preview and staff login sessions. Preview access normally lasts up to 24 hours. The demo uses browser session storage to remember fictional workspace changes within a visit; it resets after inactivity or when you choose to reset it. These functions are not advertising trackers.

Camera access is optional and requires your browser’s permission. The demo displays the camera preview locally; our demo does not upload, record or analyze it. Stop the preview or change your browser permission at any time. The consultant demonstration is prerecorded and does not connect you to a live consultation.

We use Google Analytics on public marketing pages to measure page visits and website usage. Search-result pages, the demo and private dashboards are excluded from this integration. Google receives technical request information, such as your IP address and browser headers, and the integration can use analytics cookies to recognize browser visits. Our implementation disables Google signals and advertising personalization and does not send contact-form values, demo activity or private account records as custom analytics data. Session recording is not configured. We disable analytics loading when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. You can also block Google requests and manage cookies through your browser; blocking necessary cookies can affect login and demo access.

How information is shared

We share the minimum needed with service providers that host our application and database, deliver requested email or text messages, support our team’s work, or protect the service. Current website providers include DigitalOcean for hosting/database infrastructure, ClickSend for requested SMS/MMS, Google for public marketing-page analytics, and Resend for requested email samples and internal notifications of membership inquiries. Inquiry notifications include the details you submit so our authorized team can respond. Providers must use information for the relevant service and applicable contractual purposes.

When our private research is enabled, DataForSEO supplies public business listings and search results, Apify retrieves public business social content, and xAI assists with analysis of public business evidence and article drafts. Private membership inquiries, demo recipients and privacy request contents are excluded from these research prompts. Research drafts and findings remain in the owner workspace; publication requires human approval. Resend also delivers operational market alerts to recipients configured by the owner.

We may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or security, to your authorized representatives, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate confidentiality and any required notice. We do not publish your real contact details in the demo.

We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising. We do not rent or share mobile numbers or messaging consent with other businesses for their independent marketing. Delivery vendors may receive the information needed to send messages and process opt-outs.

Retention and security

We retain information only as needed for the purpose collected, our relationship, security, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Membership inquiries remain available to our authorized team while relevant to your request or relationship; you may request deletion. Delivery providers apply their own contractual retention policies.

Sample-send rate-limit and idempotency records normally expire after three days. Separate one-time consent receipts retain keyed recipient identifiers, channel, scope, disclosure version and time for 24 months; they do not contain message bodies or plain-text contacts. These identifiers are protected personal metadata, not anonymous information. Privacy requests remain while open; closed handling records are retained for at least 24 months for accountability, subject to legal holds and applicable requirements. Contact and request details in our privacy request store are encrypted. A minimal keyed suppression record remains to prevent future messages to an opted-out contact, even if other information is deleted.

We use access restrictions, encryption in transit, server-side secrets and other reasonable safeguards. No system is completely secure. Do not send sensitive records through the demo or the privacy request form.

Your privacy rights across U.S. states

We offer a common request process nationwide. Depending on your state, our role, the data and whether a law applies, rights may include confirming processing; accessing and receiving a portable copy; correcting inaccurate information; deleting information; opting out of sale, targeted advertising or certain profiling; and limiting or withdrawing consent to sensitive-data processing. We do not currently sell/share data, run targeted advertising or use personal data to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Use Privacy choices to submit a request, stop real sample messages or ask about another right. You do not need to create an account or enter the preview password. We do not charge for ordinary requests or retaliate for exercising rights. Lawful exceptions, verification and reasonable limits may apply; we will explain a denial.

We aim to acknowledge rights requests within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days, or sooner when required. If a permitted extension is needed, we will explain it within the original response period. Message opt-outs submitted through our form are applied immediately to the selected contact; applicable statutory opt-outs are handled within the required shorter period. You can appeal a denial through the same form. We aim to answer appeals within 45 days, or sooner where required, and explain further options including your state attorney general.

For access, correction or deletion, we may reasonably verify your identity using information connected to your request. We will not disclose another person’s data based only on a reference number. An authorized agent may submit a request; we may ask for appropriate authorization and verification. Do not upload identity documents unless our team arranges a secure method.

We recognize Global Privacy Control (GPC) as an applicable opt-out preference signal and disable Google Analytics loading when your browser reports it. No sale/share or targeted-advertising activity occurs on this site; the signal does not require you to identify yourself. A browser signal does not reveal your email or phone, so use the contact form separately to stop real sample messages. We do not currently interpret legacy Do Not Track as an additional browser instruction.

California residents may also request information about covered disclosures for direct marketing. We do not disclose personal information to other businesses for their own direct marketing. State rights and exceptions can differ, and a nationwide process does not imply every state statute applies to every interaction.

Children, health data and AI

Our service is intended for business use by adults, not children under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s information. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal data so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.

Serving a healthcare business does not make this public demo a medical service or a channel for protected health information. Do not upload medical records, patient lists, health inferences or other regulated sensitive data without a separately approved workflow and any required data-processing terms, consent and business associate agreement. Consumer health privacy laws can apply outside HIPAA.

AI can assist our team with approved creative, content and analysis tasks; people review the work. The public demo’s insights are staged. We do not use demo contacts, private inquiries or privacy requests to train AI models. Any use of customer materials with AI tools must follow the agreed project instructions and applicable provider terms. Our public AI/MCP tools read published RevNock information and cannot access private customer records.
