Consumer health privacy notice
Additional information about health-related demo choices and your rights.
Effective and last updated October 7, 2026A distinct notice for health-related information
This notice supplements our Privacy policy and describes health-related information in the public RevNock demo. Revnock Digital LLC provides business technology and creative services; the demo does not provide medical care or reserve real treatment. Consumer health privacy laws can protect health interests and inferences, even outside HIPAA.
Information, sources and purposes
Choosing a fictional treatment, consultation category or healthcare industry may suggest a health interest. Detailed staged treatment choices normally stay in your browser. A real booking-confirmation sample uses a generic demo appointment rather than transmitting your staged treatment selection. A separately requested SMS/MMS or newsletter may include healthcare-themed content or an industry-specific demo link with the phone number or email needed to deliver it. We do not treat these choices as diagnoses or use them to create patient profiles.
These details come directly from your selections and the information you enter. They are used only to provide the requested demonstration, prevent misuse and honor privacy choices. We do not request medical records, diagnoses, prescriptions, treatment history, reproductive records, precise location or biometric identifiers in this demo. Do not enter them in free-text fields. Optional camera video remains local; it is not recorded or analyzed by the demo.
Access, deletion, withdrawal and appeals
Use Privacy choices to ask whether we hold health-related information about you, access it, withdraw consent, request deletion, request information about recipients, or appeal a decision. Describe the request in the details field without adding medical records. We will verify requests proportionately and apply the rights and deadlines required by your state. We aim to respond within 45 days, including appeals, or sooner where required.
We will explain any lawful retention exception and take required steps with our processors and backups. A minimal opt-out identifier may remain to prevent further messages. If an appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general, including the Washington Attorney General when applicable.
Contact Revnock Digital LLC using our privacy request and support form. It is available without preview access or a customer account. Save the reference shown after submission.
